Volunteers

Be a volunteer, make a difference!

Join our team of volunteers to help make a difference in the lives of seniors in the community!

What does it mean to be a Community Aid volunteer?

You will be joining a team of 190+ passionate, committed, and compassionate volunteers who are essential in helping us offer our services so that seniors can continue to live in their own homes. Our volunteers play an important role in improving local seniors’ quality of life and each one provides valuable service to our organization and our community. We are always happy to welcome new volunteers who wish to join our team!

Volunteers serve in a number of our services, and they can be involved in more than one service. Volunteer according to your interests and availability!

“I am grateful for all that this community has done for me since arriving here, and giving back to the community through Meals on Wheels is my way of showing gratitude. It has also been therapeutic for me during the Covid pandemic to connect to people and feel the warmth of a smiling face when I am feeling sad and discouraged. To say nothing of the pleasure I get from driving in my car and listening to Sirius XM!”
